Alignment Viewer 2.0 is a standalone [multiple sequence alignment](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiple_sequence_alignment) (MSA) viewer written in TypeScript with the React framework. The project is primarily aimed at performance with the goal of enabl
